A Quooker comes with a standard two-year warranty. Register your Quooker to take advantage of this warranty.

When you purchase and have your Quooker installed by us, you are also entitled to a two-year installation warranty. Should any issues arise, our service team is ready to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.

Service

For our service, we adhere to the rules set forth in the manufacturer's warranty conditions. This means that if the issue is a product defect and a service technician is dispatched, charges may be applied in accordance with these conditions. For product service and warranty on products, call-out fees will be charged after the expiration of the second year.

If the problem is not a product defect, the costs for the visit, labor, and any materials will be charged to the client. The applicable rates are detailed in the service procedure.

Warranty does not cover the following:

Defects, leakage, and/or consequential damage caused by a malfunctioning drain, severe contamination, or scaling.
Defects, leakage, and/or consequential damage caused by soap residues and other forms of contamination.
Defects, leakage, and/or consequential damage resulting from neglected maintenance.
Defects, leakage, and/or consequential damage when the installation has been modified without authorization by a third party or by you.
The performance of a reservoir when using an energy distributor.
The performance of a reservoir when the electrical wiring is improperly installed.
The loosening of a tap when mounted on an unsuitable countertop.
Damage, scratches, or dents resulting from use or improper cleaning/maintenance. (See the Quooker Maintenance page.)

Limescale

In areas where there is a lot of limescale in the water (such as the South of France and Monaco), it is advisable and from warranty perspective even mandatory to have an active descaling system, such as a well maintained watersoftener or a limescale filter as long as it does not affect the PH of the water.

Reverse Osmosis

Installing your Quooker to a reverse osmosis installation is prohibited just as the filtration system that changes the PH of the water.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a Quooker have a filter?

Yes – every Quooker tap comes with a built-in HiTAC filter inside the boiling water tank, which enhances the taste of the boiling water. This carbon-based filter effectively removes contaminants and impurities, absorbing chlorine, pesticides, and organic pollutants to deliver water that looks, smells, and tastes fresher.

If you have a Cube or Cold Water Filter installed, your drinking water will be filtered as well.

Is it possible to add filtered, chilled, and sparkling water to your current Quooker system?

Yes – typically, it is, depending on the age of your unit. Our CUBE is compatible with all Quooker systems manufactured after October 2017.

What does the CUBE filter out?

The Quooker CUBE is equipped with an active carbon filter and a hollow fibre filter. Together, these filters effectively remove bacteria, chlorine, chemicals, and pesticides, resulting in water that tastes and smells fresher.

How can I tell if the CO₂ cylinder is empty, and how do I replace it?

If your Quooker’s sparkling water has lost its fizz, it’s time to replace the CO₂ cylinder.

To do this, simply unscrew the empty CO₂ canister from the white plastic holder at the top by turning it counterclockwise. Next, remove the plastic wrapper and red cap from the new CO₂ canister, and then screw it into the holder clockwise. You'll hear a slight hiss as you tighten it—continue until no more gas escapes.

New CO₂ canisters are available in a set of four.
