Return and Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
If you have placed an order without installation, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

You will then receive instructions and a return label (return shipping cost: €25, deducted from your refund).
Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

Unused and not installed

In original packaging

Complete and undamaged
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue your refund within 14 days, excluding return shipping costs.
Note: This right does not apply to goods that have been installed or used, nor to made-to-measure or customized products.
2. Orders With Installation Service
If you ordered your product including installation by us, the right of withdrawal expires once the installation has started, with your explicit consent.
Installed products cannot be returned unless:

There is a confirmed manufacturing defect

The product qualifies under warranty (see section 4)
Installation services are non-refundable once completed.
3. Third-Party or Self-Installation
If you choose to install the product yourself or via a third-party:

We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or improper installation.

Warranty only applies to proven manufacturing defects, not to damage caused during or after installation.

Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
4. Warranty Claims
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (duration varies per product). If you believe your item is defective:

We will review the case and, if approved, arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
Please note:

Warranty claims do not cover misuse, improper installation, or third-party damage.

The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us.

We will cover shipping costs for returning repaired or replacement products.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Customized or made-to-measure products

Items that have been installed or show signs of use

Products returned without prior approval
