For those who need boiling water several times a day, a Quooker system uses no more energy than a traditional kettle. The secret behind their low energy consumption is hidden right under your sink.

To provide an average household with instant boiling water at any time, the Quooker system keeps either 3 or 7 litres of water at 110°C in a vacuum-insulated reservoir beneath your countertop. This insulation creates an almost airless environment in the reservoir, preventing heat from escaping, so the system only requires about 10 watts to maintain the water above boiling point.
