1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and uninstalled
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
- All accessories, components, and documentation must be included
- Return Notification Period You must notify us of your intention to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Return Shipping Deadline After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days. Returns sent after this period may be refused.
2. How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return (optional but helpful)
We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:
- You will be informed whether the return is approved or rejected
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Installation services once performed
- Custom‑made or made‑to‑order products
- Products that are no longer in resellable condition
6. Installation Services (Important Legal Notice)
Installation is a separate service, independent of the product purchase.
Before installation begins, you will be asked to give explicit consent to start the service during the withdrawal period and to acknowledge the legal consequences.
By scheduling or accepting an installation appointment, you confirm that:
- You expressly request the installation service to begin before the end of the withdrawal period
- You acknowledge that once the installation has been fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal for that service, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU
Once installation is completed, the service is non‑refundable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@tap-stars.com
We will resolve the issue promptly.
8. Important Notes
- Please handle products carefully during the inspection period
- Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused or partially refunded
- We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping
