1. Overview

Tap-Stars may offer certain products or services as one-time purchases or as recurring purchase options (subscriptions).

By selecting a subscription or recurring service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Subscription Products & Services

Subscription-based offerings may include:

  • Filter replacements
  • Maintenance services
  • Other recurring supply or service plans

The details of each subscription (frequency, price, and content) are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

 

3. Billing

  • Subscription payments are charged automatically according to the selected billing interval
  • All payments are processed securely via Shopify or its payment providers
  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise

 

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How to cancel:

  • Via your customer account (if available), or

Timing of cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date
  • If a cancellation is made after a payment has been processed, the current cycle will still be fulfilled and no refund will be issued for that period

 

5. Changes to Subscription

You may request to:

  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update your details
  • Pause your subscription (if applicable)

Requests can be made via email.

 

6. Returns & Refunds (Subscriptions)

  • Delivered subscription products are subject to the standard Returns Policy
  • Services already performed are non-refundable

 

7. Termination by Tap-Stars

Tap-Stars reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription in case of:

  • Non-payment
  • Suspected misuse or abuse
  • Unavailability of products or services

Where possible, customers will be notified in advance.
