1. Overview

Tap‑Stars provides two separate services:

  • Product delivery

  • Professional installation

These may be purchased individually or combined as a complete solution.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout:

  • South of France

  • Côte d’Azur

  • Monaco

For deliveries outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 2–7 business days, depending on location and product availability

  • Custom or system orders may require additional processing time

Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may apply to selected products or promotions

Delivery Conditions

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival

3. Installation Services

Separate Service

Installation is always treated as a separate service, even when purchased together with a product.

Scheduling

Installation can be scheduled:

  • During checkout

  • After purchase via email or our contact form

Your installation appointment will be confirmed separately.

What Is Included

Standard installation typically includes:

  • Placement and connection of the system

  • Basic functional testing

  • Standard setup under normal conditions

What Is NOT Included

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, installation does not include:

  • Electrical modifications

  • Plumbing modifications beyond standard connections

  • Structural changes (cabinet adjustments, non‑standard drilling, etc.)

 

Additional work can be quoted separately if required.


4. Customer Responsibilities (Important)

Before installation, you must ensure:

  • Sufficient space under the sink for the system

  • A working and accessible electrical outlet

    • Two outlets are required if a CUBE is installed

  • Proper and compliant plumbing connections

  • Clear and easy access to the installation area

If Conditions Are Not Met

If installation cannot be completed due to site conditions:

  • A service/visit fee may be charged

  • A new appointment may be required

  • Additional work may be quoted separately


5. Travel & Service Costs

  • Travel costs are not included unless explicitly stated

  • Costs may vary depending on location and accessibility

Any additional charges will be communicated in advance whenever possible.


6. Combination Orders (Product + Installation)

If you purchase both product and installation:

  • Delivery and installation may occur on different dates

  • Installation will only take place once the product is available

  • Installation requires that all site conditions are met


7. Delays

Tap‑Stars is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Inaccessible property or installation area

  • Unsuitable installation conditions

  • External factors such as transport issues, suppliers, or force majeure
